DETAILED ITINERARY OF 6 DAY MASAI MARA – NAKURU – AMBOSELI (SUPER MID – RANGE PACKAGE)
Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara National Reserve (265kms – Approx 5 hrs)
On the 1st day of this marvelous Kenya safari you will be picked from your hotel and leave Nairobi at 08:00 am in the morning and drive to the view point of the Great Rift Valley, you will descend the escarpment and drive via Narok then to Masai Mara.
Arrive in Masai Mara in time for lunch at your lodge then in the afternoon you will go for an afternoon game drive, Masai Mara national reserve is famous for its black manned lions, the annual wildebeest migration and a variety of wildlife. During the game drive you will be able to spot a variety of wildlife such as lions, elephants, wildebeests, warthogs, cheetahs among others. Later return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Masai Mara National Reserve Migration Tour
The whole will be spent exploring the rolling plains of Masai Mara national reserve and its high concentration of wild animals, during the game drives you will be able to spot enormous herds of grazing animals including elusive cheetah, leopards, lions, African wild dogs, wildebeests among others. In the afternoon you will have an optional visit to the Maasai Village which can be arranged, in this village you will be to get a deeper understanding culture and traditions of the maasai people, get a glimpse of their local homes and way of life, participate in singing and dancing among others. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Masai Mara National Reserve – Lake Nakuru National Park (280 km – Approx 5-6 Hrs)
Enjoy a cup of coffee and head to be reserve for an early morning game drive then return to the lodge for late breakfast, checkout and proceed to Lake Nakuru national park – a birding haven arriving late in the afternoon. On your way you will have a stopover at Lake Naivasha for a complimentary boat ride, then proceed to Lake Nakuru national park with an afternoon game drive. Check into your safari for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Amboseli National Park (410 km – Approx 6-7 Hrs)
Have early breakfast and head to the park for a short drive as you exit the park heading to Amboseli national park, on the way you will have a stops to view the Great Rift Valley and other scenic spots along the way. You will also another stopover for lunch, when you arrive in the park you will have a short game viewing drive with possible views of the snow capped peaks of Mountain Kilimanjaro if weather permits.
Have dinner and overnight.

Day 5: full day in Amboseli National Park
Have early breakfast and head to the park for a full day of exploring the beautiful Amboseli national park, you will be able to enjoy views of the majestic Kilimanjaro Mountain and its gleaming snow-capped peaks. You will also spot large herds of elephants, cape buffaloes, leopards, lions, wildebeests, warthogs among others. You will have lunch either inside the park (picnic lunch or drive back to the lodge), then have an afternoon drive. return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Amboseli National Park – Nairobi
After breakfast you will leave your camp and go for the last game drive in Amboseli national park, later you will exit the park and head to Nairobi with en-route launch. You will be arriving in late afternoon and you will be dropped off either at your hotel or airport for your departure.
