- Day 1; pick up and drive to Lake Nakuru national park

Detailed itinerary
Day 1; pick up and drive to Lake Nakuru national park
- pick up and drive to Lake Nakuru: Your safari will start with pick up from the airport by your guide who will also welcome you and brief you about your 8 days Kenya Wildlife safari. After your briefing, you will proceed to Lake Nakuru national park where you will engage in an en route game drive on your way to your lodge where you will check in and have your lunch. After lunch, you will have a nature walk around the national park to see its different attractions and to get a close view of your surroundings in Lake Nakuru national park while enjoying the sunset over the savannah plains. You will return to your lodge after this experience as you prepare to have your dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru flamingo lodge.
Day 2; full day in Lake Nakuru national park
- full day: On the 2nd day of your safari, you will have breakfast at your lodge as you prepare for your morning game viewing activity. You will see a variety of wildlife species during your game drive such as rhinos, zebras, buffalos, elands, gazelles, giraffes, impalas, monkeys among other wildlife species. After returning to your lodge for lunch, you will be driven around the national park to see other attractions around such as the famous flamingo filled lake Nakuru which is known for having big numbers of flamingos along its shores as well as many other bird species which makes it’s a good birding spot as well as a good spot to see wildlife species grazing nearby the lake shores. You will enjoy the sunset as your guide drives you back to your lodge in time for your dinner and overnight as the day before at Lake Nakuru flamingo lodge.
Day 3; drive to Nairobi and Tsavo east national park
- drive to Nairobi; Your breakfast will be served early on the fourth day of your safari before checking out of your lodge in Lake Nakuru national park. As you drive out of the national park, you will see wildlife species grazing around the national park on your way to Nairobi where you will have your lunch and have a short stopover.
- Tsavo east: After lunch in Nairobi, you will continue your journey to your next destination which is Tsavo east national park in the south eastern part of Kenya. You will enjoy the amazing scenery characterized by wide plains and is also known for the “man eating lions”. You will enjoy an en route game drive on your way to your lodge where you will check in as you prepare to have your dinner and overnight at Voi safari lodge.
Day 4; full day in Tsavo east national park
- full day in Tsavo east: You will have breakfast served at your lodge in Tsavo east national park ahead of your morning game drive. As you drive through the grasslands you will see wildlife species such as elephants, buffalos, zebras, waterbucks, impalas, giraffes, hartebeest, antelopes among others. Different bird species can also be spotted in the national park. You will return to your lodge where your lunch will be served and after lunch, you will explore more of the national park to see other attractions such as the Tsavo river, River Galana, Yatta plateau among others. Your dinner and overnight will be as the night before at Voi safari lodge.
Day 5; drive to Tsavo west national park
- drive to Tsavo west: After breakfast at your lodge, you will check out of the lodge as you prepare to drive to another part of the great Tsavo national park which is the Tsavo west national park. You will have an en-route game drive in Tsavo East national park to see the different wildlife species. On arrival in Tsavo west national park, you will check in at your lodge and have lunch. You will have an afternoon game drive in the national park during which you will visit Mzima springs to see the hippos, crocodiles in the clear pool of water. You will also visit Ngulia rhino sanctuary to see the endangered black rhino species. You will return to your lodge for your dinner and to spend the night at Ngulia safari lodge.
Day 6; Full day in Tsavo west national park
- Full day in Tsavo west: Your full day of wildlife viewing in Tsavo west national park will start with breakfast served at your lodge as you prepare to go into the wooded grassland of the national park in search of the different wildlife species such as lions, zebras, giraffes, elands, lesser kudu, rhinos, buffalos, hartebeests, leopards among others. Lunch will be served at your lodge after your morning game drive as you relax and prepare for your evening game drive to see other wildlife and bird species which include pied kingfishers, warblers, the African finfoot, shrikes among others. Dinner and overnight will be at Ngulia safari lodge.
Day 7 drive to Amboseli national park
- drive to Amboseli national park: You will have your breakfast at your lodge in Tsavo west national park before checking out of the lodge. You will have an en route game drive to see the different wildlife species which are very active during the morning and can easily be seen on your way to Amboseli national park.
- Amboseli national park Experience: After checking in at your lodge in Amboseli national park, you will have your lunch as you prepare to go into the wilderness of the national park to see the different wildlife species grazing, roaming and hunting in the savannah of the national park. You will enjoy photography as well as the views of Mt Kilimanjaro in the backdrop of the national park during your game drive as you enjoy the beautiful scenery and the sunset. Some of the wildlife species you will see as you explore Amboseli national park include elephants, lions, buffalos, hippos, impalas, zebras, giraffes, gazelles, and lesser kudu among others. Dinner and overnight will be at Sentrim Amboseli lodge.
Day 8; departure
- departure: On the last day of your 8 days Kenya Wildlife safari, you will start your day with breakfast before checking out of the lodge in Amboseli national park. You will have a morning game drive to see wildlife species in the savannah plains of the national park and also enjoy sighting a variety of bird species and the beautiful scenery. You will proceed to Nairobi after your morning game drive and your guide will drop you off at your preferred location which will mark the end of your safari.
