Detailed itinerary of 7 Days Masai Mara, Serengeti & Ngorongoro Fly –in Safari
Day 1: Fly to Masai Mara – Game Drive
After breakfast at your hotel in Nairobi, you will be picked up by your driver and be transferred to Wilson Airport for your domestic flight to Masai Mara. Upon landing at one of the Mara Airstrips, you will be warmly received by your Kenya Safari guide and embark on a game drive until lunch time.
At lunch time, you will head to your lodge for meals, short rest and freshening up. Later in the day you will return to the reserve for a sunset game drive in search for African Big Five – lions, leopards, rhinos, elephants, buffaloes and other game. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2&3: Full Day Game Drive in Masai Mara game reserve, Maasai Cultural Tour
Explore Masai Mara on Extensive Game Drives. On these two days you will have full day game drives exploring Masai Mara with picnic lunch.
During the game drives, you will have the opportunity to explore the endless plains of Masai Mara and enjoy big game sightings. Some of the animals to lookout for include large prides of lions, zebras, leopards, elephants, giraffes and many more.
If you visit in the time of The Great Wildebeest Migration, you have a chance of witnessing of the Mara River Crossing and see large herds of wildlife on their annual journey in search for green pastures and water. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Fly to Serengeti National Park
Depending on your flight schedule, you will enjoy breakfast and then go for en-route game drive to the airstrip for your flight to Serengeti National Park-Tanzania.
Upon landing, you will be welcomed by Your Tanzania Safari driver-guide and have a game drive till lunch. Head to your lodge for your meals and later return to the park for an evening game drive.

Day 5: Full Day in Serengeti National Park
With your packed lunch boxes, you will head to Serengeti National Park for a full day of game drive in the Seronera Area. Enjoy big game around Seronera River which attracts a myriad of wildlife including lions, Thomson gazelles, topis, ostriches and cheetahs.

You will enjoy lunch at the picnic site at the Seronera Visitor Center, this Tourist Information Center has some interesting wildlife displays and a gift shop selling information leaflets and maps of the area.
Continue with the game drive exploring the park more and enjoying sightings of more animals, lookout for lions of the Kopjes, the weathered granite outcrops, scattered around the plains most of which are miniature ecosystems providing shade and drinking water in pools left in the rocks after the rains. The Kopjes are good hunting grounds for lions most especially in the dry season when most wildlife come to have a dip and drink up.
Return for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6 Transfer to Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Olduvai Gorge Visit, Optional Crater Rim Walk
Have early breakfast at the lodge, then proceed for a transfer to Ngorongoro Conservation Area another great wildlife destination in Tanzania.
Along the way you will have a visit to the Olduvai Gorge for a chance to learn about the early life of man and findings by Dr. Louis Leakey and his wife.
Proceed through the conservation area as you head to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater Drive, Departure
Have early breakfast, check out of the lodge with your packed lunch and proceed to descend over 600 meters into the crater for game viewing for a half day’s safari tour. Ngorongoro Crater is supported by year-round water supply and fodder, the crater supports a vast variety of animals including herds of wildebeests, warthogs, hippos, giant African elephants, dense population of predators including lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopards which sometimes required a trained eye to spot.
You will also visit Lake Magadi in the southwestern corner of the crater, this large but shallow alkaline lake is one of the main features of the crater. Here you will see a large number of flamingoes, hippos and other water birds.
Enjoy your lunch in the crater floor as you marvel at the picturesque scenery, proceed to the airstrip for your flight back to Arusha Airstrip, you will be picked up by our driver and be dropped off either at hotel or at Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure flight back home.
