DETAILED ITINERARY OF 8 DAYS MASAI MARA, SERENGETI AND NGORONGORO SAFARI
Day 1: Arrival into Nairobi
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our safari driver guide, transfer you to your hotel in Nairobi City for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Nairobi – Masai Mara National Reserve
Enjoy breakfast as early as possible and drive to the Masai Mara national reserve, the reserve is the only region left in Kenya where the visitors may see animals in the same super- abundance as existed a century ago.
Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge and later have an afternoon game drive until sunset.

Day 3: Full day in Masai Mara Reserve

On the 3rd day of your 8-Days Masai Mara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Safari, Wake up as early as 0630 hrs and depart for early morning game drive in the endless plains of Masai Mara national reserve, morning game drive is a perfect time to spot a number of predators such as lions, leopards, cheetahs as they return from their hunting spree.
Return to the lodge for breakfast and then head to the reserve where you will spend the rest of the day on game drives searching for lions, leopards, cape buffaloes, elephants and many more. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Optional Activity – you can have a hot air balloon ride with champagne – style breakfast

Day 4: Masai Mara in Kenya – Serengeti National Park in Tanzania
On the 4th day of your 8-Days Masai Mara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Safari, Depart for Serengeti national park through the Isebania border where you will clear with the authorities, meet your Tanzanian guide and vehicle then drive to Serengeti national park. You will have en-route lunch and game drive as you head to your lodge for check-in, have dinner and spend the evening resting.

Serengeti national park is the largest park in Africa with abundant wildlife which has made the park to be considered as one of the world heritage site for its nature, Serengeti national park is famous for its ecosystem that involves the annual wildebeest migration – the greatest wildlife event in the world of over 1.5 million wildebeest, zebras and gazelles. The park is a home to abundant wildlife including Cheetah, lion, leopard, buffalo, elephant, Wildebeest, Hartebeest, Topi, Eland, crocs Thomson and Grant Gazelle and many more?. Birds: Kori bustard ostrich, secretary birds and many more including the migrant birds from Eurasia.
Day 5: Full day game drives in Serengeti National Park
On the 5th day of your 8-Days Masai Mara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Safari, Have early breakfast and head to the park for full day game drive (morning and afternoon game drives), you will visit the Seronera information center – the center of Serengeti national park. During the game drives you will explore and spot several wildlife including lions, leopards, cheetahs, gazelles, zebras, wildebeests, giraffes, hippos, rhinos, cape buffaloes among others.
You will have either picnic lunch or head back to your lodge for lunch and return to the park for another game drive experience.
Note: if you are interested in witnessing the Great Migration’s Mara River crossing, the best time to visit the park is from August and September through October and November.
Day 6: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Conservation
On the 6th day of your 8-Days Masai Mara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Safari, With en-route game drive you will depart for Ngorongoro Crater where you will arrive in time for lunch which you will enjoy after check in, in the afternoon you will go for a walking safari on one side of the crater rim enjoying the scenery of the Ngorongoro highlands. You will have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater tour
Have early breakfast, then descend into the crater floor with your packed lunches for a full day game drive, Ngorongoro Crater is one of the largest intact caldera in the world and one of the most spectacular sights in the whole of Africa with all the Big Five living in the crater – lions, rhinos, elephants, and cape buffaloes and leopards.
Your picnic lunch will be served on the picnic site in the Crater at Ngoitokitok swamp – a Hippo Pool. After lunch you will proceed with game viewing drivees until in later afternoon, ascend the crater and return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 8: Ngorongoro – Arusha City – Departure
After breakfast, you will drive to Arusha where you will be dropped off at the airport for your departure flight back home.
