Day 1: fly to Bwindi impenetrable national park
On the 1st day of 3 days luxury Bwindi mountain gorilla trekking safari you will meet your safari driver after breakfast at your hotel either in Kampala or Entebbe, your safari guide will give you a short safari briefing then checkout and head on a drive to either Entebbe international airport or Kajjansi airstrip for your domestic flight to Kihihi airstrip serving Bwindi impenetrable national park. After landing at the airstrip you will be picked and drive to Bwindi impenetrable national park, when you arrive in the park you check into your lodge and spend the whole afternoon resting while preparing for tomorrow’s experience. In the evening you will have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 2: mountain gorilla trekking
On the 2nd day of 3 days luxury Bwindi mountain gorilla trekking safari you will have morning breakfast at your lodge and with your packed lunch you will head to Bwindi impenetrable national park for mountain gorilla trekking experience. While in the park you will head to the park’s headquarters for briefing session in which a ranger will take you through the rightful code of conduct while in the presence of the mountain gorillas, you will also be assigned a mountain gorilla group to trek after being grouped in to 8 then hike into the forests looking for mountain gorillas. Looking for mountain gorillas takes about 5-6 hours depending on the movement of mountain gorillas and where they spent the last night, after locating the gorillas you are allowed to stay in their presence for only 1 hour according to mountain gorilla rules and regulations.
For one hour you will observe the behavior of the gorillas and get a grand opportunity to take amazing pictures, then you will hike back to the park headquarters where you will meet your safari driver and head back to your lodge or go for a community walk. In the evening you will have dinner and stay overnight at your lodge.
Day 3: fly back to Bwindi impenetrable national park
On the 3rd day of 3 days luxury Bwindi mountain gorilla trekking safari you will have morning breakfast at your lodge then checkout and drive to Kihihi airport to catch your domestic flight back to Entebbe landing at either Entebbe International Airport or Kajjansi airstrip. After landing, you will catch your international back home or at your residential hotel in Entebbe or Kampala.
