Detailed Itinerary of 7 Days Magical Kenya Safari (Tsavo East & West, Amboseli & Masai Mara)
Day 1: Pick up and transfer to Tsavo West
On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be picked up by our representative and embark on a journey to Tsavo West which is part of the largest conservation area in Kenya, Tsavo East and Tsavo West are separated by a railway line.
Arrive in the park in time for lunch and in the afternoon you will go an extensive game drive exploring the park and enjoying sight of various animals including lions, leopards, cape buffaloes, zebras, elands, giraffes among others. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Tsavo West – Tsavo East
Set off this morning for a game drive in the savannah plains of Tsavo West National Park and also visit Mzima Springs where you will spot hippos and crocodiles, there is also a chance to descend to an underground viewing chamber to see colorful fish close up.
Return to the lodge for lunch, later check out and head to Tsavo East with en-eroute game drive and enjoying seeing more animals such as cheetahs, lions, leopards, impalas, Elephants, buffaloes, rhinos, kudus, oribis among others.
Later head to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Tsavo West to Amboseli
Enjoy breakfast and drive to Amboseli National Park one of the most popular parks in Kenya, this beautiful park is known for its huge elephant herds and the scenic – dramatic backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro and its snow-capped summit.
Arrive in the park in time for lunch and the afternoon, you will go for a game drive exploring the park’s beautiful landscape and spot various animals including large herds of elephants, topis, gazelles, zebras, wildebeests among others.
Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Full Day – Amboseli National Park with Cultural Experience
Head out on early morning game drive in Amboseli National Park, the low vegetation makes for excellent wildlife spotting, lookout for lion, buffalo and zebras as well as hippo in the swamplands. The park’s dry and dusty form is due to the Volcanic ash that came from Mount Kilimanjaro on its last eruption, yet the lush green areas are a result of a continuous water supply from the mountain’s melting snow.
Have lunch at the lodge and in the afternoon, you will go for a Cultural Experience in the Maasai Communities sharing borders with the park. On this experience, you will learn more about the lifestyle of the Maasai people, their culture and traditions. You will be entertained by local dances and drama, interact with the local people among others. Return to the lodge and stay overnight as above.

Day 5: Amboseli – Masai Mara Game Reserve
Have breakfast and drive to Masai Mara Game Reserve arriving in time for lunch, later head out exploring the rolling plains of the reserve on an afternoon game drive. Have your camera at the ready for spectacular wildlife viewing. You are likely to spot prides of lions basing in the shade and many even be able to seek out an elusive solo leopard and other wildlife species including cheetah and hyenas. Overnight on full board basis.
Accommodation: Mara Sentrim Camp – Budget or Sekenani Camp – Midrange
Day 6: Masai Mara Game Reserve
Today, you have the option of a thrilling hot – air balloon safari over the Mara at sunrise. On this experience you will enjoy aerial views of the rolling hills of the reserve and conclude the experience with champagne Bush Breakfast.
Spend the rest of the day exploring the reserve on mid-morning and afternoon game drives in the Masai Mara Game Reserve. Overnight on full board basis.
Day 7: Masai Mara – Nairobi
