Detailed itinerary of 10 Days Serengeti, Masai Mara and Bwindi Gorilla Fly-in Safari.
Day 1: Fly to Serengeti National Park
Be transferred to Arusha Airport for your flight to Seronera Airstrip, Serengeti. On landing you will meet your guide and embark on a game drive as you head to your lodge for lunch and a short rest.
Later, head out for a game drive in the endless plains of Serengeti and enjoy wild game viewing. Some of the animals to lookout for include wildebeests, lions, leopards, cape buffaloes, gazelles among others. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 2&3: Full Day Game Drive in Serengeti
Spend these two days exploring Serengeti National Park and its endless savannah plains with your packed lunch. Engage in a morning game drive around the park and lookout for the Big 5 – lion, leopards, buffaloes, elephants and rhinos as well as other wildlife species.
You will have picnic lunch and head for another game viewing experience in the park. Later in the evening return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Fly to Masai Mara
After breakfast at your lodge, you shall checkout and proceed for a transfer to the Seronera Airstrip for your flight to Masai Mara National Reserve.
Upon your arrival in Masai Mara, you shall be picked up and transferred to your lodge of stay. Check in, relax as you wait for lunch. Later head out for an evening game drive giving you a perfect introduction to the wilderness of Masai Mara. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 5 -6: Full day game drive in Maasai Mara
Wake up early in the morning, have breakfast and head to the reserve for a full day game drive with your packed lunch. During the game drive you will see several animals such as lions, elephants, cheetahs, leopards, wildebeests, zebras and many more. You will enjoy picnic lunch and proceed for another game drive. Dinner and overnight stay as above.
Day 7: Full day in Masai Mara – Maasai community tour
Have another full day game drive in the plains of Masai Mara National Reserve, enjoy sighting of more animals. After the game drive you will head back to your lodge for lunch and in the afternoon you will head to the Maasai Village a cultural experience.
On this experience you will get a deeper insight into the Maasai culture by interacting the local people, be entertained by local dances and drama, buy local Maasai items such as the local Maasai Shukas, beautiful made accessories such as necklaces and earrings and taste local cuisines.
After the experience, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 8: Masai Mara – Fly to Entebbe, Connect for Bwindi Flight
Have breakfast, checkout of the lodge and head to the airstrip to catch your flight to Entebbe International Airport, then connect to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park’s Kisoro Airstrip.
On arrival, you shall be picked up by your guide and transfer to your lodge in Bwindi for an evening of rest, dinner and overnight stay at Buhoma Haven Lodge.
Day 9: Gorilla Trekking Experience
Have breakfast at your lodge and head to the park headquarters for briefing about gorilla trekking, in groups of 8 people you will be assigned a gorilla family to trek then head into the forests of Bwindi looking for mountain gorillas.
The trek through the forests of Bwindi takes approximately 2 to 6 hours depending on the movement of mountain gorillas and where they spent their previous night. Upon locating the gorillas, you are allowed to spend one hour in the presence of the gorillas while watching the go on with their life in the forests, watch them groom each other and take as many photos as possible as long as your flashlight is off.
Return to the park headquarters, meet your guide and return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 10: Departure
Have breakfast at the lodge and proceed to Kihihi Airstrip to catch your flight to Entebbe International Airport, which marks the end of your safari.
